About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Tax Consultant to join our growing tax advisory team. This role involves providing strategic tax planning, compliance services, and advisory support to our diverse client base across various industries in the UAE.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide tax advisory services, including corporate tax, VAT, and international tax planning
  • Lead tax compliance projects and ensure timely filing of tax returns
  • Conduct tax health checks and risk assessments for clients
  • Manage client relationships and serve as the primary point of contact
  • Develop tax-efficient structures for new business setups and expansions
  • Stay updated on UAE tax regulations and communicate changes to clients
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing
  • Prepare technical tax memorandums and advisory reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • 5-8 years of experience in tax consulting or advisory roles
  • Deep knowledge of UAE corporate tax and VAT regulations
  • Professional certification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CTA) preferred
  • Experience with Federal Tax Authority (FTA) systems and processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
  • Proven client management experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Taxation or Finance (preferred)
  • CPA, ACCA, CA, or CTA certification
  • Experience working with Big 4 or reputable consulting firms
  • Knowledge of international tax treaties and transfer pricing
  • Familiarity with tax software and ERP systems
