Specific project deliverables, timelines, and pricing shall be governed by separate quotations, agreements, or proposals where applicable.
- Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete information
- Cooperate in project execution
- Submit required documents on time
- Ensure legality of submitted materials
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials and accounts
The client remains solely responsible for the accuracy of information provided to us.
- Payments & Billing
- Fees must be paid according to agreed payment terms
- Delayed payments may result in suspension of services
- Government fees, third-party charges, or licensing costs are separate unless explicitly included
- All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing
- Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise agreed:
- All pre-existing intellectual property remains property of its respective owner
- Custom deliverables become the client’s property upon full payment
- We reserve the right to use non-confidential project references for portfolio or marketing purposes
- Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of:
- Business information
- Financial data
- Client records
- Trade secrets
- Internal communications
This obligation survives termination of services.
- Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Accentureon Consulting LLC shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free services
- Clients remain responsible for final business, financial, tax, and legal decisions
Professional recommendations are based on information provided by the client and applicable regulations at the relevant time.
- Third-Party Platforms
We may integrate or recommend third-party platforms or software.
We are not responsible for:
- Third-party outages
- Policy changes
- Service interruptions
- Security incidents caused by external providers
- Service Suspension or Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services if:
- Payments remain overdue
- Fraudulent or unlawful activities are detected
- The client violates these Terms
- Cooperation necessary for service delivery is not provided
- Website Usage
Users shall not:
- Attempt unauthorized access
- Upload malicious code
- Misuse contact forms or systems
- Copy or reproduce website content without permission
- Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and applicable regulations of Dubai.
- Amendments
We may update these Terms periodically.
Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
